Before real estate, Victoria spent time in nursing, public relations, retail management, and over ten years serving as a children's pastor. Every one of those chapters shaped the same conviction: put people first, and the rest follows.
Victoria stepped into real estate in 2003, and in 2018 founded 1 Source Realty Pros in Cookeville, later opening a second office in Crossville. She leads the "Dream Team" of the Upper Cumberland, and is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.
